Opa! Get ready for a sun-soaked, flavor-packed evening at The Big Fat Greek Lamb Roast! We’re joining forces with our friends at The Chestnut Tree for a night of Mediterranean magic—right on the DCBC patio.

We’re roasting a whole lamb, traditional Greek village-style, and dishing out a communal feast full of bold herbs, roasted meats, citrus-kissed veggies, and authentic Mediterranean flair—all perfectly paired with craft drinks from Denton County Brewing Co.

What’s Happening:

Roasting Party kicks off at 4PM – Grab a cold one, mingle with friends, and soak up the smoky aromas
From 6–8PM – Settle in at our long table for a four-course Greek-inspired meal, with expertly curated pairings featuring DCBC beers, seltzers, wines, and specialty cocktails
A golden-hour Ouzo toast to celebrate the sunset
Live Saganaki (yes, flaming cheese)
Plate breaking (because it’s not a Greek party without it)
Dress in your best Greek or Mediterranean look and lean into the vibe
Plus a few surprises we’re keeping under wraps (for now)
Expect laughter, community, maybe even some dancing, and a whole lot of flavor—served with that big Greek energy.
