This six-course dining and beer pairing experience takes place in the private barrel room at Denton County Brewing Co., transformed for one night only into a secret cantina where the Force—and the flavor—is strong.
Chef Dave Trosko of Trosko Culinary has crafted a menu that's equal parts inventive and unforgettable, while beer pairings are hand-selected by our founder and certified beer expert, Seth Morgan. Expect creative courses, surprising pairings, and a few delicious twists you won't see coming.
